6m Raised Timber Floor

Our Dome Flooring System is designed specifically to suit our Timber Studio Domes and provide a raised, level base for the dome structure.
 
Each floor frame is made in our workshop and installed by us on site. Because the system is built to match the dome footprint, the dome can be securely attached directly to the floor.
 
This is a floating floor system, designed to sit on heavy-duty adjustable footings rather than traditional concreted-in posts. Each footing is rated to 800kg, and in most suitable locations all that is required is a prepared, level crushed rock base.
 
This means there is usually no need to dig holes or concrete in footings. It also allows the floor to be dismantled or relocated at a later date if needed.

Important Site Requirements
 
A level, prepared crushed rock base is required before installation. The site must be accessible and ready before we arrive so the floor and dome can be installed correctly.
 
This flooring system is not suitable for shipping as a flat-pack item. It is available only for customers within driving distance of our workshop and must be installed by us.
 
For interstate or remote customers, we can offer DIY floor plans and consultation to help you prepare a suitable raised, level base for your dome.
 
Installation
 
Installation is included in the flooring price, unless otherwise stated in writing.
 
Delivery and GST will be added to the final price.
